Worst customer service you will ever encounter and the owners ( Springfield armory ) don't care. Search around and you will see this is the common feeling.
I can never understand why these pistols are called reliable. I have shot dozens of different 9mm pistols as a 30 year gun collector and 25 year Army veteran, and this was the absolute least reliable - mainly due to its open slide. Go with S&W, Sig, Glock, Ruger, or CZ...not with this one.
Colt New Agent crimson trace is an all business pistol that exceeds all expectations. I purchased a new agent and while at the gun shop they wiped the light oil off and I went straight into there range. Let me tell you the crimson trace was dead on perfect from the factory and blew the center out of...[Read More]
XDs looks good, feels good right out of the box. .45 would not feed and jammed, first clip. A thorough cleaning per manual, still jammed and would not feed. I am getting rid of this pistol as it is not reliable and would not recommend it to anyone. Period.
Love it, fires very nice. Lighter trigger pull but easily adapted to it. Fired over 1000 rounds through it with no jams. The grip is a little shorter than I would like but extensions are readily available and inexpensive. Would have liked to have them include a second magazine with it.
I bought my first Tomcat in 2006. Within 6 months the slide came off while shooting 3 different times. After the 3rd time the dealer sent it back to Beretta and they said it was unrepairable and sent me a new one. This was in 2007.No mentioning of a cracked frame. I loved the smallness of the gun fo...[Read More]

I bought this gun under the assumption that Beretta put out a good product. Last winter the first time using it on late season waterfowl it continuously jammed. They took it back for repair, I did not have it for the rest of the season. Got it back with a paper stating it was repaired. Took it out f...[Read More]
I've had mine for about 2 years. The only issue was when firing Brown Bear ammo which jammed due the laquer getting hot enough to melt and stick somewhat, and Perfecter which carboned the weapon up too much. After a field strip and thorough cleaning the problem was solved using Winchester whitebox. ...[Read More]
